saver or in any other digital or print form. Images may only
be used only after a contract
(invoice) granting specific rights desired is signed and payment is
received for that
particular use. Unauthorized
use or reproduction of a photograph is copyright
infringement and violates federal copyright law. If an image is used
without receiving
written permission (in the form of an invoice) and payment, the rate
for use of that
image will be three times the normal rate. If this invoice is not paid
within 14 days,
violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of federal
copyright laws which may include civil and criminal penalties.
