"Print only" means just the print is included. "Mounted and matted" means the print is ready to frame but frame and glass are not included. Prints are shipped in perfect condition, report any freight damage to prints within 3 days of receipt. Prints may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping costs), they must be in original condition.
